That is usually the first thing people say.
I grew up between worlds. Island life with generator power a few hours a day. Singapore schools where classmates arrived in Rolls Royces. A special forces father who raised me to be the most powerful thing in the room by being the most calm.
He never raised his voice. He did not have to.
I am mixed. Caucasian American, Chinese Singaporean. Fluent in lives that do not fit in one box.
What I do
I work with founders and high-stakes leaders. People who are performing well on the outside and quietly running on the wrong architecture on the inside.
I read the body before the business. I hear the identity running underneath the strategy. I see where the pattern lives before it surfaces anywhere else. And I reflect back what I see.
Sometimes what I see is: you cannot see clearly yet. Let us start there. Sometimes it is: you can see it. You are just not moving.
